 Active Fitness & Leisure, (Carlton Hotel) Galway’s finest gym, pool and club destination has established a standard of excellence enjoyed by members and visitors alike.

Active are proud to offer a wide range of classes for all abilities and fitness levels. There are 20 complimentary classes for members per week. Active Fitness & Leisure offer personalised fitness testing and one to one inductions as part of every membership. Our recently refurbished gym boasts an array of the latest exercise machines with a wealth of expertise from the fitness professionals at Active.

Our friendly family atmosphere makes Active Fitness & Leisure the perfect place to bring the whole family. Junior classes are run as part of the activity programme and include junior swimming lessons and newly launched Active Swim Club. Your child can boost their fitness and develop their skills whilst you workout or relax.

Come along to our open day this coming Sunday ,  January 15th 2012,  between 1pm-5pm.  There will be fantastic reductions on single and dual memberships and Active Fitness are not  charging a joining fee on any membership throughout the month of January . With the launch of the Winter timetable which starts on Monday 16th, there will be an opportunity to pop along to the open day and try a 20 minute session of a workout class.
